Crade Technology OÜ ("we") operates the Femax mobile app. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Email address and a user ID, from your sign-in.
• Photos of feet you submit for analysis, and the resulting scores and tips.
• Optional profile data (gender, age range) if you provide it during onboarding.
• Messages you exchange with the in-app AI coach.
• Subscription and purchase status (managed by Apple and RevenueCat; we do not receive payment details).

How we use it

Only to provide the service: to generate your analysis, personalize tips, keep your scan history, and manage your subscription.

Who we share it with

• Google Gemini — receives your photo to generate the analysis.
• Supabase — stores your account data and photos.
• RevenueCat and Apple — handle subscriptions and payment.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data until you delete your account. You can delete individual scans, or delete your account from Settings — this removes your profile, scans, and photos.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, email us.

Children

Femax is not directed to children under 13.
